Are there seats for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. In compliance with current regulations, Navarra Arena has a space reserved for people with reduced mobility within the venue. People with reduced mobility can purchase tickets on the sales platforms indicated in the info of each event. The seats for this area are sold with the indication “Reduced mobility” or similar.
Where are the PRM seats located?
The seats are located in various areas of the ground floor (at street level). The rest of the seats are not accessible. More information here.
How much are tickets for people with reduced mobility?
The price of tickets for people with reduced mobility is set by the sponsor company. You can check this during the online sale when enabled. You can also ask us at infonavarrarena@nicdo.es.
How do I access the venue if I have a PRM ticket?
The access gates to the venue are specified depending on each event. Access point information will be published days before on our social networks Instagram, WhatsApp, X and Facebook - and on the website in the event tab.
Navarra Arena has two entrances for PRM Tickets, Gate A and Gate C. You can check the location of the access points on the following map.
These entrances are accessible and free of obstacles that prevent access. The rest of the accesses involve stairs and are not accessible by elevator.
Why are the PRM seats only on the ground floor of the Navarra Arena?
The Navarra Arena venue has PRM-enabled seats since it first opened, complying with current legislation that requires such compliance by the venue. The location of PRM seats on the venue entrance level (access level 0 from the outside) is to provide the maximum guarantees in case of an eventual evacuation for the users of said seats and their escorts. The purchase of PRM seats at concerts is made available through each event info, always ensuring the purchase of two seats (PRM + companion) and enabling the purchase of a third seat as close as possible to the other two in cases of needing 3 tickets.

Only one person per person with reduced mobility. However, if your situation is different, you can contact us at infonavarrarena@nicdo.es to tell us about your situation and we will attempt to accommodate all those necessary when Navarra Arena is selling these tickets.
