The “Einaudi vs Einaudi” dialogue
The central focus of these concerts will be the presentation of the compositions from “The Summer Portraits”. On this occasion, the pieces take on a new dimension thanks to the arrangements made by Ludovico himself together with his son, Leo Einaudi. This creative process, dubbed “Einaudi Vs Einaudi”, fuses the minimalist essence of the piano with new layers of guitars, keyboards, and electronics, delivering a modern and immersive sound.
An unprecedented production: 11 musicians on stage
Unlike the intimacy of his previous tours, Ludovico will take the stage accompanied by his regular band and a string reinforcement, forming an ensemble of 11 musicians in total. The lineup also includes his usual band members such as Federico Mecozzi (violin), Redi Hasa (cello), Francesco Arcuri (percussion), Rocco Nigro (accordion), Alberto Fabris (bass), and Gianluca Mancini (keyboards), joined for this special tour by Veronica Conti (cello), Klest Kripa (violin), and Sharipa Tussupbekova (viola).
This expanded formation will allow the audience to enjoy not only the new pieces, but also the greatest classics of his career (as heard in Nomadland or The Father), with a power and magnetism that only large-scale venues can contain.
