Navarra Arena is a multi-use pavilion that hosts all type of events. Since its opening has hosted big culture and sport events, and also small events in its differents rooms. Navarra de Infraestructuras de Cultura, Deporte y Ocio S.L is the company that manages the pavilion. 

 

The Navarra Arena is located in Aizagerria Square. There is a city bus stop nearby for lines 1, 6, 9, 11 and 16. You can check the exact location and available transport means at

There are available parking spaces in the surroundings.

There is not any motorcycle parking area in the site, but motorcycles can be parked nearby.

Yes, there is an outdoors bicycle parking area.

We recommend arriving earlier in order to avoid any possible delays.

Yes, you can exit the building at any time. Once out, you are not allowed to go back in, as the entry ticket will no longer be valid, unless the promoter says otherwise.

The Navarra Arena has a building escape plan in case of emergency. Please follow the instructions given by the staff members, security staff and/or client service members.

On the same day of the event, provided tickets are available, you may buy these in our box office, located next to door A, close to the coffee bar, before the start of the event.

You can buy Navarra Arena's tickets in Baluarte’s box office. It is open from 11am to 2pm and from 5pm to 8pm from Monday to Saturday. You can also buy your tickets the event day in Navarra Arena's box office near the coffee shop.

Yes, we accept credit cards.

If you have bought your tickets at www.navarrarena.com and you have chosen to collect your paper tickets in the box office you can pick them up at Baluarte’s Box office before one day prior to the event or on the same day of the event at the Navarra Arena. If you have bought your tickets through any other selling platform you should check this with the online ticketing platform itself.

If you have bought your tickets at www.navarrarena.com and you have chosen to collect your paper tickets at the Box office you will need to show your ticket locator or the email address used to buy the tickets.

Tickets bought at www.navarrarena.com can be re printed from the PDF document downloaded when buying online. If the entries have been bought at the Box office using your credit card, please send an email to infonavarrarena@nicdo.es informing about the situation and we will duplicate the entry tickets to invalidate the prior purchase. If your tickets were bought in cash, we are afraid we will not be able to make a duplicate.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged, unless the event is cancelled.

Yes, we only accept those entry tickets specifically downloaded for mobile phone devices (e.g: Passbook). No photographs or screen captures are allowed.

We recommend you not to publish pictures of your entry tickets. If you wish to do so, never publish the bar code or the QR code.

Yes, as required by current legislation, Navarra Arena has designated areas within the venue for wheelchair users, or those with walking difficulties. Accessibility tickets can be purchased in sale places mentioned in the description of the event. Accessibility tickets are sold under the denomination ‘reduced mobility’ or something similar.

The fare is set by the promoter. You may check the price online once it is available.

People with reduced mobility can access the accessibility seating through door C. This accessible entrance is free of structural barriers and clearly marked out.
